Our Prayer

Father God please place your healing hands upon the hearts and souls of the victims family. Allow them to heal and remember only the best of times. Give them comfort knowing the departed is forever with you in paradise. We ask this in your name with all the honor to you. Amen.

Inherent dangers come with traveling at night especially when the person driving is on a motorcycle or other unshielded vehicle. Statistically, only 20% of passenger vehicle crashes end with injury or death, while 80% of motorcycle accidents end in injury or death. Adding in that nearly 50% of fatal vehicle accidents happen at night. These numbers show that it is far more deadly and likely to be driving a motorcycle at night. This does not take into account reckless behavior such as running red lights, which are there to stop accidents like this from happening in the first place. This is all relevant as it helps to establish who is at fault for the crash, and how the insurance companies along with other entities might respond. The family of the motorcycle driver should look into retaining the services of a certified attorney to help with the problems that arise from events like this. Roger “Rocky” Walton is a board-certified attorney with decades of experience dealing in commercial vehicle crashes and wrongful death cases. Hiring an attorney like Rocky Walton would afford the family peace of mind when dealing with insurance companies, and other businesses which might seek to give them a lower amount financially than what they are legally owed.
