On the evening of October 28th 2021, 19-year-old Adrian Arbaiza Andrade lost his life after his Honda Element became disabled and he was struck by another vehicle and a motorcycle. This fatal four-vehicle crash also injured three others along westbound Interstate 30 in Arlington near the Green Oaks overpass around 4:00am.

Fort Worth Star Telegram reported that Adrian got out of his vehicle was standing in the roadway after his SUV became disabled in the center lane of I-30 near the Fort Worth/Arlington border. A Hyundai Sonata reportedly initially struck the Element, which was then struck by a Harley Davidson motorcycle and ultimately the entire crash scene was then struck by a Ford F-150. The three other individuals injured sustained non-life-threatening injuries. No criminal charges have been filed against any of the drivers in this crash.

Adrian was a young man with his whole life ahead of him at just 19 years old. Our thoughts and prayers are with Adrian, the injured passengers, and their families at this time. If you are able to, please contribute to the Go Fund Me account set up for Adrian’s family.

Attorney Roger “Rocky” Walton would like to review the facts of this crash as well as investigate further. It is possible that the SUV was not very visible which contributed to the chain reaction crash. It is also possible that a driver may have been distracted and didn’t see the SUV before it was too late. It is important to investigate and gather all available information to determine any wrong-doing.
