Intoxicated Driver Kills Passenger in Crash Near Downtown - Dallas, TX
On the night of September 18, 2021, a 29-year-old woman lost her life when the SUV she was traveling in rear-ended an 18-wheeler along Central Expressway (US-75) in downtown Dallas. The driver, a 21-year-old woman, was found to be intoxicated and was charged with Intoxication Manslaughter. Three occupants in the SUV sustained injuries and were taken to hospitals, one being the 29-year-old who later died at the hospital.
