Juvenile Killed in Crash With Intoxicated Driver - Dallas, TX

On the morning of December 15, 2020, two vehicles crashed at the intersection of Maryland Avenue and E. Missouri Avenue in Dallas. A sedan carrying three children aged 10, 11, and 13, was struck by another vehicle that ran a stop sign. All three children were taken to a hospital and unfortunately the 10 year old died. The 47-year-old driver that ran the stop sign was determined to be intoxicated and was charged with three counts of Intoxication Assault and Intoxication Manslaughter.
