An intoxicated driver caused a one car collision in southeast Arlington on Monday, Labor Day, September 2, 2019. The driver lost control and struck a tree in the median . The vehicle had a 27 year old male passenger that was announced deceased on scene. The family of the 27 year old passenger should immediately look into making a liability claim against the drunk, look into a possible Dram Shop case against a potential negligent bar and also look into making a UIM claim on the passengers car insurance.
